When my parents finally decided to go to Addis Ababa during Christmas vacation, they literally had 10 days to book a flight, get visa at the Ethiopian Consulate in LA and get packing! We shopped around for prices on tickets, and being that it was such a busy season, finding 2 seats to Addis at such short notice was more than we'd bargained for. Finally, by referral we got in touch with ADDIS TRAVEL & TOURS INC. and Solomon was AMAZING to say the least! We gave him very little wiggle room as far departure dates, but he was very patient, showing us all the options we had including days we might "look into" just in case there was a possibility that we can be flexible with our departure dates. He was very swift with the quotes and wasn't discouraged to even look at other airlines being that it was such a busy season!!! Finally, we got a GREAT quote for 2 tickets on Ethiopian Airlines, his was by far the best quote we'd gotten so far.. and finally after booking the tickets & taking payment, he personally facilitated the Visa issuance at the Ethiopian Consulate, personally called us 3-4 times to tell us the status of everything, and he even went to pick up the passports at the consulate after they issued the visa to get it ready & waiting for my parents on the day they were to fly out of LA!!! I mean, who does that??? CUSTOMER SERVICE WELL & ABOVE OUR EXPECTATION!!!!!! We couldn't have been any more happier with the experience.. and he definitely made my parents holiday preparation stress free!!! Will definitely use them again. The BEST agency to use for travels.. Couldn't recommend them enough!!!!! A+++++++
